About "The Artist":

Hi! My name is Clarissa, some call me Claire and some call me Rissa, and I'm a DFW based mixed media artist and crocheter. 

I've been drawing and painting ever since I've been able to pick up a tool and it's the one thing in my life that I've consistently gravitated towards. Practicing art in my free time is something I've done my entire life and through all that practice I've been able to explore all kinds of medias and styles always in hopes of creating something better than the next.

Crocheting has become a recent craft of mine as I only decided to start learning as a 2023 New Year's resolution and it has now become a huge part of my life. It's a craft that came so natural to me that I often wondered why I hadn't started sooner. I can confidently say that I can crochet anything with a pattern.

Creating with various 2D medias and fiber arts remains and will forever be my greatest passion. Being able to share my art with the world is all I could ask for in life. Thank you for visiting my page and supporting my art! 💖
